**The Club at Prairie Stone looking for a Pickleball Instructor to join our fitness team!**
**Responsibilities:**

• **Lead & Teach:** Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and "Intro to Pickleball" workshops for all ages.
• **Build Community:** Opportunity to organize round-robins, ladder leagues, and social mixers.
• **Technical Skills:** Break down mechanics (serves, dinks, resets, and court positioning) into easy-to-understand tips.
• **Ambassador:** Keep the energy high, ensure court safety, and represent our club with a pro-level attitude.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• **Skills:** A strong playing ability (3.5+ DUPR preferred) and a deep understanding of the USAPA rulebook. You’re a "people person." You can handle a group of excited beginners with a smile, as well as serious players looking to advance their game skills.
• **Experience:** Prior coaching experience is a huge plus, but if you’re a natural teacher with a high Pickleball IQ, let’s talk.
• **Certification:** PPR or IPTPA certification (or similar) is preferred, or a willingness to get certified within 90 days.
