**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

• Communicates with guests to assist in purchasing decisions
• Provides exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assists in merchandising functions, including accurate point-of-sale (POS) system, cash and card transactions, and daily reporting
• Ensures the retail location adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
• Ensures the daily operation of the retail location adheres to operating guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in any retail location, as needed

## Qualifications
**Basic Qualifications:**

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• 16 years or older
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility to scheduling based upon business demands
• Basic Math Skills including addition and subtraction

**Physical Requirements:**

• Be able to stand up to 100% of a scheduled shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to bend, lift, and twist
