**Full Job Description**
US Heart and Vascular is seeking a **Nuclear Medicine Technologist** to join our team at the **Heart Clinic of Hammond**.
**Duties and Responsibilities**

• Perform PETCT scans
• Explain medical procedures to patients and answer any questions they may have
• Follow safety procedures to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required
• Operate imaging equipment
• Maintain detailed and accurate procedure records
• Follow all radiation safety and disposal procedures

**Requirements, Skills, and Abilities**

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology
• Registered with **ARRT** or **NMTCB**
• **CT/Fusion** certification
• **BLS/CPR** certification
