Short Description: Responsible for keeping competitiveness of products assigned, failure handling on WIP, FGs and RMA, support new products and customer audit. 1. Reduce product cost by improving process, yield and using new materials. 2. Find root cause(s) through multiple engineering tools and work out corrective and preventive actions to ease failures repeat. 3. Prepare and update process documents to ensure correct manufacturing process is implemented in the production line. 4. Involve in NPI and support R&D to complete new product transfer to mass production in time. 5. Answer customer requests during conference call and production line audit.
