Manager, Equipment Maintenance

Job Summary: Responsible include planning, section budgeting, organizing and supervising on-going maintenance, and improvement equipment Directly supervises maintenance subordinate Engineer ensuring a motivated, skilled workforce. Assess skills and recommend or provide training to ensure personnel are technically competent to maintain equipment. Organize all phases of new site installation equipment, including evaluating specifications and proposals, setting budgetary constraints, reviewing, and assessing the need for new systems and equipment. Primarily responsible for maintenance of compounding and filling production equipment, buildings Directly responsible for planning, budgeting, working scheduling and procurement equipment in Vietnam operation. The incumber of this position must be constantly aware of lengthy down time when equipment and parts must be imported.
