PMO (Project Management Office) Project Manager

This position is responsible for leading and managing cross-functional strategic projects within AOBU through the Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO Project Manager ensures effective governance, execution excellence, resource alignment, risk management, and financial discipline across multiple programs and key initiatives.

The role is accountable for establishing standardized project management processes, monitoring key performance metrics, driving milestone achievement, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring transparency in project reporting. The PMO Project Manager plays a critical role in strengthening execution capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and supporting sustainable revenue and gross margin growth.
