Process Tech for IPOH Barfab

This position is for the IPOH Barfab and Diefab. The candidate will collaborate closely with process engineers to monitor, sustain, and improve process yields. Responsibilities include analyzing yield trends, identifying root causes of process rejects, implementing corrective actions, preparing documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role also involves supporting new process introductions, optimizing processes for efficiency and accuracy, and ensuring alignment with quality and reliability standards.
