## General Purpose of the Job

The CNC Operator is responsible for operating stone CNC machines, including sawjets and routers, to ensure accurate and efficient production in accordance with fabrication drawings, quality standards, and production schedules.

**Shift:** 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

**Pay:** **$18.00–$25.00/hour** (based on experience) **+ $2.00/hour shift differential**

## Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings to complete production tasks accurately.
• Set up CNC machines and run programs according to the production schedule.
• Operate sawjets, routers, and other CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily tool dressing, calibration, and follow all established operating procedures.
• Monitor product quality and promptly communicate any quality concerns to the Operations Manager or Production Coordinator.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Uphold Classic Rock Fabrication's Core Values in all daily activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the company's vision and operational goals.

## Work Environment

• Indoor manufacturing environment that is not temperature controlled.
• Frequent exposure to loud to very loud noise levels.

## Qualifications
## Qualifications

• CNC machining experience preferred; stone fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.

## Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, lift, grasp, talk, hear, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Steel toe or rubber boots are required in the production area.
