The Job

• Lead a team and work beside them on the line or in the back, wherever you are needed
• Assemble sandwiches and salads to customer order while following recipes and adhering to Snarf’s standards
• Greeting customers in a friendly and open manner
• Filling orders accurately
• Accurate cash and credit card handling
• Knowledge of menu and promotions
• Answer the phone and take to-go orders
• Keep all workspaces clean and organized
• Prep workers need to be comfortable utilizing a commercial deli slicer
• Safe handling of knifes and conveyer ovens
• Maintain dining room cleanliness throughout
• High level of customer service
• Basic Math Skills
• Flexibly in schedule with a minimum of 14 hours availability for PT including weekends and holidays (Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving)
