We’re looking for dedicated **Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)** who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients receiving **Hospice** or **Homecare** services. **What You’ll Do**

• Provide **hands-on care** to patients, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Assist with **daily living activities** (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, etc.)
• **Monitor and report** vital signs or patient changes to nursing staff
• Maintain **accurate documentation** using EMR/EHR systems
• Work closely with healthcare team members to deliver **exceptional, holistic care**

**What You’ll Need**

• Active **CNA license** in the State of Connecticut
• **Valid driver’s license** and reliable transportation
• A caring, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
• Experience in **Home Health** or **Hospice** preferred (training available)

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Must have successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state.
• CNA License must be active and in good standing.
• Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• At least one year of experience and hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of iOs operating system
