**Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Position with Benefits**

**Constellation Health Services** is seeking compassionate and dedicated **Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)** to join our growing team. This **full-time CNA position** offers the opportunity to work in **Hospice, Homecare, or both**, providing meaningful care to patients and families during important moments in their lives.

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour

**Requirements:**

• Active **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Connecticut**
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Must have successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state.
• CNA License must be active and in good standing.
• Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• At least one year of experience and hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of iOs operating system
