  • **Salary:** $115,000 – $175,000 per year (based on experience + achievable monthly bonuses)

  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide advanced wound care services, including debridement, dressing selection, and infection management
  • Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure continuity of care and prevention strategies
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on wound management and prevention
  • Complete documentation within 24 hours
  • Ensure compliance with all state, facility, and clinical guidelines

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of hire
  • 2 years of experience preferred but not required
  • Preferred experience in:
  • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
  • Wound care and/or wound certification (WOCN, WCC, etc.)
  • Long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation settings
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset

  • **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
