**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • Earning potential: From $110,000 up to $200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess, develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans using evidence based best practices
  • Documentation withing 24-48 hours along with placing relevant orders for diagnostics and medications
  • Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Compliance with facility, state and federal regulations/protocols.
  • Support quality initiatives and process improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, nurse managers, physicians and specialists
  • Educate and consul patients and families regarding course of treatment

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

  • Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
  • Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred
  • Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
