## ***Impact Health is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing Psychiatry team, providing remote telehealth services to skilled nursing facilities throughout Maine.***

**Compensation and Benefits:**

• Earning potential: 1099 (Fee For Service)
• Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays.

• Autonomy with Support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
• Manage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facility
• Provide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services
• Provide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
• Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
• Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Licensed PMHNP in the state of Maine.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.
• Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
