Senior Risk Analyst

This role is focused on the oversight and evidence of material financial and non-financial risks. The role supports the monitoring of the Board's Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Associated Risk Documentation across Westfield Specialty International. Operates as part of an independent lean, high impact second line Risk Management Team (RMT).

Provides administrative, planning and analytical support to the RMT and business (first line) Risk Managers through the maintenance of the risk management database, risk register, risk incidents, risk policies and procedures. Supports RMT reporting and training/guidance for first line business contacts and other Subject Matter Experts. Assists to monitor emerging risks including climate requirements to integrate them into the RMF.

Supports deep-dive risk assessments across insurance, investment & market, credit, liquidity, operational, strategic and emerging risks, to raise awareness of priority risks through actionable management information.
