Relationship Manager-Banca

Relationship Bancassurance Officer/Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with bank partners to promote and sell insurance products to bank customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
• Promote insurance products through the bank's customer network.
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for bancassurance products.
• Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank employees.
• Support customers throughout the policy purchase process.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare sales reports and track business performance.
