Head - People Business Partner

The role leads the People Business Partnering function, partnering with senior leadership to drive business‑aligned people strategies across a workforce of ~2,000 employees. Responsible for organization effectiveness, talent and leadership management, employee relations, and change initiatives, while managing a team of 4–6 People Business Partners and ensuring governance, compliance, and consistent HR delivery.
