NPI Engineer

Manufacturing (NPI) Engineer II/Senior at Legrand’s Starline Singapore team is responsible for supporting new product introductions and driving manufacturing excellence. This role ensures products are designed for manufacturability, cost efficiency, quality, and on-time production. Key responsibilities include DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, production process development, BOM and ECN management, pilot build validation, PFMEA risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams. The position also leads continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, automation initiatives, tooling and fixture design, productivity enhancements, capital projects, ISO 9001-compliant procedures, and global manufacturing initiatives.
