About The Role

## Description

Job Purpose

  • As a Restaurant Server at Cescaphe Event Group, your primary purpose is to provide exceptional dining experiences to guests by delivering top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality during events and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding their seats.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that guests have everything they need during their dining experience.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring all service areas are tidy.
  • Collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless execution of functions and special events.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service skills and knowledge.

## Qualifications

Required Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or banquet setting is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with guests.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift moderate weights as needed.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
  • Capability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and support.
