Job Purpose

• The Restaurant Busser at Cescaphe Event Group plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, supporting the wait staff, and enhancing the overall efficiency of service during events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and service stations.
• Support wait staff by replenishing beverages, utensils, and other necessary items during service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Uphold the standards of Cescaphe Event Group by providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest needs promptly.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events, ensuring all areas are prepared according to event specifications.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during events.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.

## Qualifications

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
