The Floral Designer is responsible for creating elegant, customized floral arrangements and installations for weddings and bridal events in accordance with the recipe and guidelines for the event. This role combines creativity, technical floral design skills, and industry knowledge to deliver high-quality, memorable designs that reflect client vision and the company’s brand standards. The Floral Designer works closely with the sales, event designers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely preparation, flawless execution, and client satisfaction.
