## Description
Job Purpose
- The Corporate Client Services-Event Specialist at Cescaphe Event Group is responsible for orchestrating and managing client events with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on client development. This role aims to enhance client relationships, ensure seamless event execution, and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their event objectives and requirements, ensuring their vision is realized.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between them and the various departments within Cescaphe Event Group.
- Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lead event debriefs to capture feedback and identify areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of client services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for client development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations related to event management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
## Qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or corporate client services.
- Proven track record of managing and executing corporate events from conception to completion.
- Experience working with high-profile clients and managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors and suppliers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
