## Front Desk Agent

Job Purpose

  • The Front Desk Agent at Cescaphe Event Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and supporting event coordination to uphold the company's reputation for excellence in event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about events, services, and facilities offered by Cescaphe Event Group.
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics and support the event planning team as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Process payments and manage reservations using the company's booking system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and security of guest information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the company and its events.

## Qualifications

Required Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An associate degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with event management or working in an event planning environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with hotel or event management software systems is preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software systems quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
