**Machinist Level 3**
**Qualifications:**

• Problem solving skills
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Able to perform and keep track of multiple tasks
• Experience with CNC’s
• School Classes in related field (may be considered in place of experience)
• Knowledge of blueprint reading
• Use of precision measuring equipment
• Ability to work with close tolerances
• Welding experience
• Understanding of work quality
• Self-Motivated to get assigned work completed
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

**Daily Responsibilities**

• Run diverse production jobs
• Operate grinding machines, honing machine, surface grinder, band saw, drill press, conventional lathes, mills, and CNC equipment
• Inspection and lubrication of machinery and equipment
• Address special projects as assigned by Shop Manager
• Clean up at end of shift

**Physical Requirements:**

• 100% Standing
• Lifting 100 lbs+
• Pushing and pulling 100 lbs.+
• Bending, reaching, kneeling when cleaning
