#### Are you reliable, hard-working, and ready to stay active on the job? We’re looking for a Route Assistant to help keep our deliveries running smoothly and efficiently every day!

#### Important**:** This is a dynamic role—you will not be assigned to a fixed route. Routes may change daily based on business needs and delivery volume, so flexibility is key!

#### **What You’ll Do:**

• #### Assist the driver with **daily route navigation**
• #### Help deliver, **stock, and rotate products** at customer locations
• #### Work on **different routes each day** to support team needs
• #### Safely lift and move products (**35–50 lbs regularly, up to 150 lbs occasionally**)
• #### Keep the **truck, trailer, and equipment clean and organized**
• #### Act as a **safety spotter when the driver is backing up the vehicle**
• #### Follow all **safety guidelines and company policies**
• #### Pitch in with **other duties as needed**
