About The Role
## Description
Responsibilities
- Receive, triage, and document all incoming donor referral calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate donor eligibility based on medical criteria, regulatory guidelines, and organizational protocols.
- Determine donor registry status and document findings accurately in approved systems.
- Conduct donor risk assessment interviews (DRAI) with legally authorized persons, ensuring compassion and accuracy.
- Obtain and document consent for donation through recorded telephone authorization.
- Coordinate logistics for recovery procedures, including communication with surgical teams, hospitals, funeral homes, and partner agencies.
- Dispatch recovery staff and ensure complete, accurate documentation of all communication and actions.
- Enter data and upload recordings and records into approved software systems.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, and continuing education to ensure compliance and professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with FDA, EBAA, and all applicable regulatory and organizational standards.
- Assist with medical chart reviews and follow-up documentation as assigned.
- Support team communication by providing timely updates and collaborating across shifts and regions.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all communications.

## Qualifications
Qualifications
- Ability to work on night shift schedule. Three 12-hour shifts per week.
- Two years of experience and an associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent documentation, organization, and assessment skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with databases and office software.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Position may require evening, weekend, or holiday work based on organizational needs.
- Must maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
