About The Role

ABM is seeking an In-House Counsel, Commercial Law, to join its Legal Department. This position may be based in Austin, Texas or Phoenix, Arizona.

The In-House Counsel will provide legal support across a broad range of commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, legal risk management, and regulatory compliance. This attorney will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice that supports ABM's operational and strategic objectives.
