Journey Health & Lifestyle is looking for a highly organized Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to support our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional fulfillment experience. You will serve as a key link between Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, distribution centers, and third-party fulfillment partners.

**What You'll Do**

**Order and Fulfillment Management**

• Coordinate customer orders from entry through shipment and delivery.
• Monitor order status and resolve holds, backorders, shipping exceptions, and fulfillment delays.
• Ensure order information is accurate and updated in the appropriate systems.

**Warehouse and Logistics Coordination**

• Partner with internal distribution teams and third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate shipment corrections, tracking, delivery updates, and related service issues.
• Follow issues through resolution and communicate status to the appropriate teams.

**Reporting and Operational Support**

• Review operational reports to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, payment or processing holds, shipping performance, and order accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen fulfillment performance and customer service.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

• Work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Product Management, Inventory, and Operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external warehouse partners to resolve issues quickly.
• Help maintain clear procedures and consistent workflows across the fulfillment process.

## Qualifications

**What You'll Bring**

• 2-5 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, order management, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP, order-management, warehouse-management, CRM, or shipping systems; Acumatica experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A detail-oriented, accountable, and collaborative work style.
