## Part-Time Registered Nurse — Home Health, Per Visit
AMI-Wellness Home Health is seeking an experienced RN to provide part-time skilled nursing visits for home health patients in the Denver metro area.
This is a **per-visit position**, generally scheduled **Monday through Friday** based on patient needs, referral volume, and nurse availability. This is not a full-time position.
The RN will support home health patients through **Starts of Care, Resumptions of Care, Readmissions, and skilled nursing revisits** as assigned.
## Responsibilities

• Complete skilled nursing visits in patient homes
• Perform Starts of Care, Resumptions of Care, Readmissions, and follow-up visits as assigned
• Assess patient condition and communicate changes appropriately
• Provide patient education, medication review, wound care/assessment, and other skilled nursing services within RN scope of practice
• Communicate with physicians, supervisors, patients, families, caregivers, and the care team
• Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation
• Support safe transitions into home health care

## Schedule and Compensation

• Part-time, per-visit position
• Visits generally completed Monday through Friday
• Paid per visit, with rates varying by visit type
• Flexible weekday field nursing opportunity without a full-time schedule

## Qualifications
## Requirements

• Active Colorado RN license
• Home health experience preferred
• OASIS experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Ability to safely and effectively provide care in varied home environments, which may include exposure to household pets such as dogs, cats, birds, and other animals, with or without reasonable accommodation

## Work Environment

This position requires providing care in patients’ private homes. Home environments vary and may include exposure to household pets, including dogs, cats, birds, and other animals. Employees must be able to safely and effectively perform home visits in a variety of residential settings, with or without reasonable accommodation.
