## Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health

This position consists of short, intermittent home visits—typically **1 to 2 hours per visit**—providing personal care and assistance that allows patients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

## What You'll Do

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Document visits accurately and promptly.
• Build positive, professional relationships with patients and families.
• Travel between patients' homes throughout your assigned service area.

## Qualifications

• Current Colorado CNA certification in good standing.
• Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative healthcare team.

## Schedule

This is a **part-time position with a flexible schedule**. While we work with your availability whenever possible, **our patients depend on consistency**. Once a regular schedule is established, we ask our caregivers to maintain those days and times so patients can count on seeing a familiar face each week.
