Volunteer – Greeter and Wayfinder

**Hours:** Flexible, minimum commitment of 4 hours per week

### STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The Volunteer Greeter and Wayfinder serves as a welcoming presence for patients and visitors at Sun Life Health. This is a **non-paid volunteer opportunity** designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy engaging with the community, and want to contribute to the overall patient experience.

Volunteers in this role support Sun Life Health's mission by assisting patients with navigating Sun Life facilities, providing general guidance, and helping connect individuals to the various services and resources available throughout the organization. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in serving others and wishes to give back to the community while supporting the greater good of Sun Life Health and the patients we serve.

## Qualifications

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**

• Enrolled in high school or above
• Interested in medical field
