As a **Lead Medical Assistant**, you’ll

• Support patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations
• Train, mentor, and lead clinical staff
• Manage supplies, vaccines, and equipment
• Uphold high standards of care and compliance

**Education & Experience:**

• High School Diploma or GED required
• **Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or current CMA/RMA certification required**
• CPR certification required (may be obtained during orientation)
