Fabrication Technician

Join TechnoGuard's fast-growing fabrication team. **We’re looking for candidates with hands-on fabrication, trade, or construction experience**— If you've done carpentry, metalwork, welding, structural installation, or general construction, you already have the foundation. We'll teach you the rest.

As a Warehouse Fabrication Technician, you will support the production and assembly of our data center airflow containment systems. You'll build and assemble the panels, doors, and other structural components that keep the region's data centers running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate and assemble components using power tools and hand tools, working from design specs — similar to reading blueprints or shop drawings
• Work alongside the Production Manager to hit daily targets without cutting corners on quality
• Maintain tools and shop equipment, ensuring safety and readiness for fabrication work.
• Stage materials and track inventory usage to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Keep work and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Occasionally assist with product deliveries to off‑site locations.

## Qualifications
**Skills**

• 6 months+ fabrication or construction experience
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, busy environment

**Requirements**

• U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizenship status
• Must be 18 years or older
• Forklift certification, or willing to obtain
• OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑30 certification, or willing to obtain
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid/current driver's license and reliable daily transportation

Applicants must be able to work in areas exposed to constant loud noises, with temperatures ranging between 0°-100°F, and be able to lift 50 lbs. and be on their feet 50% of the day or more.

A pre-employment drug screen and background check will be required.

**Schedule & Compensation**

• Full-time, on-site role
• Schedule: All schedules are 5 days/week, most include at least one weekend day.
• Hours: 6AM - 3PM, overtime as required
• Pay rate: $22 to $25/hour, based on experience
