We are rapidly expanding and looking for a **Driver - Class C**to join our team effective immediately! The Driver - Class C is responsible for safely delivering all products on an assigned route within the account's receiving window. The Driver is expected to unload each account's order, place it in the designated area within the account's facility, and rotate stock in accordance with the Company's standards. This is physically demanding work. The ideal candidate is an independent worker who can maintain high standards of service and organization without close supervision.

**What you’ll do:**

  • Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns.
  • Conduct a daily Pre-Tip inspection of his/her assigned vehicle.
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations.
  • Follow the approved delivery structure and processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities.
  • Maintain product freshness and move product when necessary.
  • Participate in “work with” and “ride with” days with the Delivery Manager and Delivery Supervisor to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field.
  • Maintain strong, productive relationships with all customers
  • Must maintain a pace of work that enables drivers to complete their deliveries in 12 hours or less due to DOT regulations.
  • Other delivery-related duties as assigned.

This is a full-time regular position, Monday through Friday.
## Qualifications

  • Valid Class "C" CDL
  • Valid DOT Card
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move items ranging from 15lbs (a case of 24 12-oz. cans) to 58lbs (small keg) and manipulate/handle up to 162lbs (large keg).
