## Description

Join our Workforce Solutions team as an impactful role as a Performance Tracking Specialist, where you’ll drive data-informed decision-making and support workforce success through precision, insight, and collaboration. In this dynamic position, you’ll leverage Management Information Systems (MIS) and the Workforce Information System of Texas to verify eligibility, track participant progress, and ensure compliance across outreach and employment programs. You’ll maintain accurate databases, analyze performance metrics, and partner closely with leadership to identify trends, improve processes, and strengthen operational effectiveness. By reviewing customer documentation, supporting career office functions, and contributing to quality control initiatives, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing service delivery and outcomes. ## Qualifications

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 months experience in a related field may substitute for 15 hrs. of college credit up to two years credit, a high school diploma is required.

**Experience**

6 months of experience substitutes for 15 semester hours of college coursework or two years of experience working at Workforce Solutions and a recommendation from current or most recent supervisor.
