Project Coordinator

## Description
We are looking for driven individuals.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities include

• Manage installation and inspection/service projects.
• Prepare project documentation, deliverables, finances, resource allocations, and status.
• Responsible for project life cycle - includes expense reporting, risk management, equipment and team logistics, and vendor management.
• Work with customers, general contractors, team leaders, and local government agencies.
• Establish relationships and manage subcontractors and equipment vendors.
• Work with end users on layout adjustments.
• Review construction drawings and equipment layouts.

Typical field team size: 2 - 3 technicians/installers. Average project life cycles are approximately 6 months.

• Need strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge and experience with MS Office, specifically Excel, is desired.
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus, but not required.
• Professional demeanor.
• Teachable and a team player.
