**Pay Scale:** $23.07/hr-$24.03/hr.

**Summary:**

Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making. May be asked to lead, or train lower level counselors, students and/or interns engaged in therapeutic patient care activities, as appropriate to the individual position.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

• Provides individual, group and family therapy and subsequent paperwork.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities
• Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team
• Participates in peer review process for therapists
• All other duties as assigned by superviso

**Education and/or Experience:** Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or other Human Services field or have equivalent experience with certification; Qualified Professional (QP) designation preferred.
