2026 Service Coordinator (Case Manager) Early Intervention

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Provide excellence in case management services for young children with special needs and their families in NYC or Westchester County.
• Advocate for families to ensure children receive the evaluations and services needed, authorized and to problem solve challenges.
• Coordinate with professionals within and outside the Early Intervention (EI) Program to address family needs.
• Document all activities in accordance with Early Intervention (EI) requirements.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• Minimum 1 year prior experience as Service Coordinator through the NYS Early Intervention Program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Education or Related Field (e.g., psychology, social work, education, sociology).
