**Compensation and Benefits**

**Responsibilities**

• Provide great learning experiences for toddlers with autism or severe delays to help them acquire important new skills.
• Assist Classroom Teacher with all activities including in-class learning, routines, circle time, snack time, in sensory gym, through outdoor play, with bussing and toileting.
• Provide excellence in early childhood education by increasing knowledge and applying knowledge of effective learning strategies.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• High School Degree
• Must be able to lift 32 pounds (average weight of a 3-year-old)

Pluses (not required)

• Valid Driver's License and access to a car
• Some college or college degree
• Early childhood education experience or childcare experience
• Bilingual Spanish
