### **What You’ll Do**

• Lead and develop production leaders and team members to meet **safety, quality, and production goals**
• Create a **safe, engaged, and accountable work environment**
• Monitor KPIs and implement **corrective actions** to drive performance
• Ensure compliance with safety programs (including **LOTO**) and company standards
• Drive **continuous improvement** through root cause problem-solving
• Coordinate with planning and leadership to meet **customer demands and deadlines**
• Support training, coaching, and development of your team
• Promote strong **communication between shifts** for seamless operations
• Take ownership of shift performance, staffing, and efficiency

### **What We’re Looking For**
**Required:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of **leadership experience in manufacturing**

**Preferred:**

• Foundry experience
• Experience with **root cause analysis**
