## Description

**Position Summary**

The Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing prompt, courteous, and attentive service. This position operates with a tip share/tip pool arrangement in accordance with company policy.

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and drink staff.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while anticipating guest needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained throughout guests' dining experience both in the restaurant and dinner theater.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns gracefully and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and electronic transactions.
• Adhere to tip share/tip pool polices and maintain accurate records as required.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and drink staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain knowledge of current specials, promotions, and menu changes to inform customers.
• Fill in and provide coverage across restaurant and dinner theater areas as assigned or directed by managers.
• Perform other duties assigned in support of the essential operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills to handle billing and payments accurately.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conflict in a calm, guest-focused manner.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy.
• Uniform/appearance standards

**Preferred**

• Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
