**Responsibilities**

• Must have at least 2 years of processing motor vehicle work and fingerprinted with the state
• New Jersey and Out of State knowledge MV registration processing
• Reconcile MV accounting schedule
• Scanning and filing of documents
• General accounting duties in coordination with MV processing
• Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work
• Assist the Office Manager with additional administrative and office-related tasks as needed

## Qualifications

• HS/GED Diploma, and a min of two (years) experience
• Attention to detail (particularly with typing and bookkeeping)
• Microsoft, Excel
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• Strong work ethic
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to work as a team player
