Job Title: Early Morning Drive-Thru & Food Service Associate

\*\*Location:\*\* Cate’s Pharmacy and Donuts

\*\*Shift:\*\* Early Morning (5:00 AM – 9:00 AM Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM- 11:00 AM Friday, 5:30 AM – 1pm Saturday)

\*\*Position Overview\*\*

We are looking for a dependable and energetic individual to join our team for early morning shifts. As a key member of our team, you’ll start your day around 5:00 AM preparing donuts and coffee. From 7:00 AM until 8:30 AM, you will assist customers at the drive-thru, taking orders and serving them with a smile. After 8:30 AM, when we transition to full service, your duties will expand to include taking orders and preparing food for customers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

\*\*Key Responsibilities\*\*

• Arrive early (around 5:00 AM) to prepare donuts, coffee, and other beginning-of-day tasks.
• Ensure food and drink items are fresh and meet quality standards.
• Serve customers via the drive-thru from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
• Transition to full-service duties after 8:30 AM, which includes interacting with customers inside the store and continuing food service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and serving areas.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the shift, creating a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.

• Availability to start early (around 5:00 AM).
• A friendly, customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist with various duties.

• Early morning shift (5:00 AM - 8:30 AM) focused on preparation and drive-thru service.
• Longer Shifts on Friday and Saturday
