We are currently seeking an experienced SolidWorks Draftsperson to join our team in Arlington, Washington. This is a full-time opportunity to work on unique, custom-engineered products in a growing manufacturing company that values quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Fabtek maintains an early work schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, allowing employees to enjoy open afternoons and avoid peak commuting hours. We are conveniently located near the Arlington Airport.

## Qualifications

### Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of SolidWorks drafting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Basic math skills and proficiency using a tape measure

### Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent sitting and extended computer use
• Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials
• Work performed primarily in an office environment with regular interaction with production personnel

### Responsibilities

• Produce detailed, accurate SolidWorks drawings and documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain high standards of quality and drafting accuracy
• Communicate effectively with engineering, production, purchasing, and management teams
• Support a collaborative and positive workplace culture
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Accurately track labor hours, project progress, and material records
• Assist with other drafting and production-related tasks as assigned
