## Qualifications and Duties
**Your responsibilities include:**

  • Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
  • Support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
  • Monitor and document vital signs and report changes
  • Provide comfort care and help prevent skin breakdown
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
  • Provide medication reminders in accordance with regulations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Communicate patient updates promptly to the care team
  • Offer emotional support to patients and families
  • Provide respite support for caregivers

**What You Bring:**

  • Active **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** certification
  • Minimum of 75 hours of CNA training
  • One year of experience in hospice, home health, or acute care preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Compassion and professionalism when providing end-of-life care
