At Blackburn's, we believe in putting people first—our patients, our employees, and our communities. As a trusted provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), we're looking for a motivated, solutions-oriented **Complex Rehab Lead** to join our growing Harrisburg team.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently manage priorities, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive successful outcomes for our patients and team.

#### **What You'll Do**

As a Complex Rehab Lead, you'll play a critical role in supporting patients who depend on specialized mobility and rehabilitation equipment to maintain their independence and quality of life.

**Key responsibilities include:**

  • Coordinate rehab patient accounts from intake through delivery and funding approval
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, therapists, physicians, and referral sources
  • Manage insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation requirements
  • Prepare and process orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with ATPs, clinicians, and internal departments to keep accounts moving forward
  • Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that could delay patient care or equipment delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and account records within company systems
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and patient experience
  • Act as a dependable resource within the department by helping prioritize work, sharing knowledge, and promoting team success

## Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in the home and durable medical industry **required**
  • **Medicare/Medicaid experience required**
  • High School Diploma or Technical Degree required (college coursework or degree preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet-based applications
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, or rehab services is a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
