**What You’ll Do:**

As a Lead Behavioral Health Counselor in our Residential Treatment Center (RTC), you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to our clients and Behavior Health Counselors.

## Qualifications

**Education and Experience**

• A high school diploma is required.
• B.A./B.S. in a related human service field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a crisis program and/or four years Mental Health experience is preferred.
• Valid NC or SC Driver's license.
