**What You’ll Do:**

Plans, delivers, and monitors all clinical services for a caseload of 12\* children in the PRTF program, including specialty care populations requiring advanced clinical training. Will be responsible for all clinical services delivered by the treatment team; leads the Core Assessment process and ensures follow-through on treatment recommendations; provides direct clinical services via individual and family sessions; leads discharge planning and coordination, treatment team and weekly staffing meetings; provides training and supervision on the NMT model and specialty care models to direct care staff and outside team members.

## Qualifications

• M.S.W. and two+ years related experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Fully Licensed or Associate level mental health license required such as LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, or LPA
• Must be willing to travel as needed for ongoing training purposes
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training (provided)
• Must have an NC Driver's License
