El Rol

Asegurar la disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento de las cajas refrigeradas , garantizando la continuidad operativa de la flota y soportando la ejecución del negocio en campo.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar el inventario y disponibilidad de cajas refrigeradas
• Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento mediante mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos
• Coordinar y dar seguimiento a proveedores y servicios (3PL)
• Atender y resolver incidencias reportadas por la fuerza de ventas
• Monitorear estatus operativo y generar reportes de seguimiento
• Apoyar la implementación de mejoras y proyectos operativos

Buscamos a alguien que

• Tenga experiencia en mantenimiento de cajas refrigeradas
• Tenga conocimientos en refrigeración, electricidad y soldadura
• Cuente con experiencia trabajando con proveedores y operación en campo
• Un perfil organizado, resolutivo y con fuerte enfoque a resultados
• Tenga manejo básico de herramientas Microsoft (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
