The ACP operates under a NRC license, requiring rigorous safety, quality, and regulatory discipline in construction and turnover activities. This supports evolving mission needs and infrastructure changes across a range of potential enrichment and processing operations. Overall scope of construction planned is over $1B over the next five years.
